Lunafest, the fundrasiing film festival dedicated to promoting awareness about women's issues, highlighting women filmmakers, and bringing women together in their communities, will be hosted at the San Jose Woman's Club in downtown San Jose on January 31, 2014.
The film festival will include nine short films ranging from animation to drama, and cover topics such as women's health, motherhood, body image, aging, cultural diversity and breaking barriers. The evening will include dinner, drinks, popcorn, the films, and a showcase of businesses and services that care deepy about the health and wellness of the community.
All proceeds from this Lunafest will benefit the Breast Cancer Fund and The San José Woman’s Club Charitable Giving Program.
