Volunteer with junior League

The Junior League of San Jose and NBC’s Bay Area Proud are partnering with Sacred Heart Community Service. Sacred Heart’s mission is to unite the community to ensure that every child and adult is free from poverty. JLSJ and Bay Area Proud will be supporting Sacred Heart by providing volunteers for two of their essential services, Louise’s Pantry or Gracie’s Clothing Closet.
Louise’s Pantry
Responsibilities include providing direct customer service, greeting donors, accepting donations, unloading and sorting donated items, and making family food bags & lunches for the homeless. Closed-toed shoes are required.

Gracie’s Clothes Closet
Responsibilities include providing direct customer service, greeting donors, accepting donations, and sorting and hanging donated clothing. Closed-toed shoes are required.
