MLK Jr.Volunteer Day at Alameda County Community Food Bank

Volunteer in Oakland to honor MLK Jr. Day

“No individual or nation can be great if it does not have a concern for ‘the least of these.’” To honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Americans are asked to make Jan. 16 a “day on, not a day off.” Join the Alameda County Community Food Bank as we make a difference for the 1 in 6 residents of Alameda County who rely on the Food Bank. Sort and package non-perishable staples and fresh produce, and learn more about how you can support our long-term solutions for families facing hunger in our community.Name of Event: Martin Luther King Day of Service at the Alameda County Community Food Bank.
