Join NBC’s very own Mike Inouye at the EMQ FamiliesFirst “Every Child is a Rising Star” Community Awards Luncheon on March 4th at the Regency Ballroom located at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown San Jose. EMQFF offers a broad range of coordinated services to aid children, adolescents, and families in all areas of need. Each year over 7,000 children and their family members receive direct help by the services provided including: crisis continuum, foster care and adoption services, addiction prevention, therapeutic behavioral services, and more. The 2016 Award Luncheon will spotlight EMQFF’s new Crisis Continuum of Care which is a state of the art program and facility that allows children and teens in immediate crisis, assisting those who may be dealing with suicidal ideation or planning. The Award Luncheon is a tribute to the kids in crisis and their families to persevere through tough times.
