Oakland Animal Services (OAS) and the Arson Agency, an Oakland- based advertising agency are holing their second "Home is Where the HeArt is" campaign. Adopters of some of the shelter's longest term resident pets will go home with a loving new family member and a beautiful portrait of their pet, crafted by a local artist.
Hundreds of dogs, cats, and rabbits are in need of homes this holiday season and all pet adoptions are only $25 the entire month of December. All adopters will also leave with a special fight for their pet donated by Pet Food Express.
