The couple accused of killing 6-year-old Aiden Leos in a road rage incident on the 55 Freeway in Orange County pleaded not guilty in the boy’s murder Tuesday, authorities said.

Wynne Lee, the woman charged as an accomplice in the tragic road rage shooting death of Aiden Leos on an Orange County freeway was released Saturday after posting bail, according to the OC Sheriff’s website.

The California Highway Patrol said Monday it may begin collecting or tracking information about road rage after it was revealed, following the murder of a 6-year-old boy on the Costa Mesa Freeway in May, that the agency kept no easily-accessible data on when, where, or how often road rage incidents were being reported.
