Attorneys for some of those killed and injured during last year’s deadly Astroworld festival are alleging rapper Travis Scott has violated a gag order issued in lawsuits they have filed in an effort to influence possible jurors ahead of a potential trial.

The family of Astroworld victim Bharti Shahani spoke out on Thursday after the 22-year-old Texas A&M student succumbed to her injuries. Shahani is the ninth fatality after a dangerous crowd surge during a Travis Scott performance last week left hundreds more injured.
