Sheriff Robert Giordano from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department announced Tuesday a settlement has been reached in the deputy involved shooting of Andy Lopez. Lopez was shot eight times in 2013 when a deputy mistook a pellet gun for an assault rifle.
