Property owners in San Francisco’s neighborhood commercial districts will soon be able to request graffiti removal free of cost, announced Mayor London Breed on Wednesday.

San Francisco police are investigating what some are calling a massive graffiti mob in the Mission District.

Gov. Gavin Newsom picked up litter and painted over graffiti in Los Angeles to highlight California’s $1.1 billion initiative to clean areas near highways, roads and other public spaces.
