Hollywood boulevard

One of the world’s most famous streets is getting a dazzling new look, officials announced Friday. Beginning June 1, a 0.6-mile stretch of Hollywood Boulevard will be illuminated with uplight fixtures placed under 111 tree canopies between McCadden Place and Vine Street.
