A local group known as “Moms 4 Housing”, who managed to work out a deal with an Oakland land trust, is preparing to help other homeless families to move to a new home. Melissa Colorado reports.

The California Attorney General’s Office has issued a $3.5 million judgement against Southern California real estate investment company Wedgewood Inc., which owned the Oakland home famously occupied by the unhoused mothers from Moms 4 Housing in 2019.
