A Concord middle school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of inappropriate acts with minors, Mt. Diablo Unified School District’s superintendent announced Thursday.

The teachers’ union and officials in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District have reached an agreement, ending an impasse that has lasted more than a month.

A tentative deal was reached between the Mount Diablo Unified School District and teachers Saturday.
