The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning for the interior North Bay mountains between Tuesday and Wednesday nights because of hot and windy conditions that could lead to the quick spread of wildfires. Christie Smith reports.

PG&E began emergency power shutoffs early Wednesday morning in parts of several Northern California counties, including Napa County, as winds picked up in those areas.
