Pink Floyd may be a chapter in the history books of rock music but some of its most influential members are still performing and putting out good music. Former guitarist and singer of the legendary band will perform tonight at the Hilton San Jose Hotel, 300 Almaden Boulevard, in San Jose. Tickets are still available.
No Jim Carey is not in this rendition of Lemony Snicket but this isn't just your normal take on the classic story. Plus the Berkeley Repertory Theatre has a way of discovering talent before Broadway. Just look at the success of some of their recent productions. Tonight "Lemony Snicket: the Composer Is Dead" will bring together the bestselling children's book author and composer Nathaniel Stookey at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre at 7 p.m.
