3-2-1 Pillow Fight!

The layer of feathers left in the wake of the pillow fight is something to see.

Those looking to hit somebody on this Valentine's Day will have their chance to do just that in San Francisco.

The Great San Francisco Valentine's Day Pillow Fight is set for 6 p.m. at Justin Herman Plaza. That's where hundreds of people will get together armed with bed-gear for a good old-fashioned pillow fight.

Go time is when the clock tower bells ring.

This is the seventh year the City has hosted the pillow fight, which is held in part, to help people get out their Valentine's aggressions in a safe and healthy manner. Similar events are now held across the country.

Department of Public Works spokeswoman Gloria Chan told Bay City News that city workers will be  ready for the post-fight feather cleanup.

San Jose held it's annual pillow fight over the weekend. Raw video from that is below.
