There is nothing cooler than seeing an amazing band play an intimate show with only a handful of people. The only thing that can make it better is if you don't have to pay to see that show. Tonight fans of the Stone Foxes are in for a rare treat as the San Francisco natives play their hometown Amoeba Records live in person, for free, at 6:00 p.m.
If you didn't get a chance to see the most oddly named band in show business yesterday at the Mountain Winery, the pride of Canada, the Barenaked Ladies, will play another vineyard tonight. This time the rockers will be at Wente Vineyards, 5050 Arroyo Rd. in Livermore at 8 p.m.
