Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello to Join Occupy SF

Famed guitarist to make an appearance at political rally.

    Occupy SF will get a little star power Friday.

    Rage Against the Machine guitarist and well-known political activist Tom Morello will reportedly drop by Justin Herman Plaza Friday in San Francisco to show solidarity with the Occupy SF movement.

    SFist reports that Occupy SF sent a tweet stating that Morello would visit the camp at 4 p.m. Friday.

    The guitarist is in town to play a show under his other name Nightwatchman at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco.

    Morello sent a tweet Thursday saying he was looking for a contact at Occupy SF. He has also made appearances at the Occupy Wall Street movement in New York last week.
