CONCRETE JUNGLE: Modern cities are cluttered with signs that cause a sensory overload. Well here is your change to strike back at all those bloody Calvin Klein billboards "Signs: Wordplay in Photography" at the de Young Museum, 50 Tea Garden Drive in San Francisco, explores the myriad uses of signs in the work of 20th- and 21st-century photographers, from Walker Evans to Lee Friedlander and Ed Ruscha. Tickets can be had at the door and the series launched at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

WHITE IS THE NEW BLACK: The Whitest Kids U' Know also happen to be the funniest kids we know.
