4505's Burgeoning Ferry Plaza Burger Business

We know the owners at Pinkie's and Bento 415 have moved on to something new, but what of the others that occupied 300 De Haro, like Ryan Farr and his 4505 Meats?

He tells us next month he'll be moving into a new space and doing something "a little different." Though Farr wasn't willing to divulge his full-on future secrets yet, which according to Lady T-Hop may possibly involve The Alembic's Daniel Hyatt, he tells us his cheeseburgers are blowing up right now at the 4505 Meats stand at the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market on Thursdays and Saturdays.

"We buy a whole 100 percent grass fed steer every month from Magruder Ranch and pull off different cuts each week, so we're always serving a different age of beef."

Thursday and Sat. it'll be 14-day-aged burger. Do get on that if you feel so inclined. And feel free to share your thoughts and feelings on the burger and future of Farr.
