Yountville: Here we have the anticipated return of Michael Chiarello to the kitchen. The NapaStylist's Bottega Ristorante continues to come together in the V Marketplace, but also continues to be delayed. The latest ETA is early December, and even though they've started hiring, we'd be inclined to wager that that might be an optimistic projection. But enough guesswork; to the plywood. The (still raw) 118-seat space, right across the way from the NapaStyle store, is centered around the 66-seat patio area, complemented by the two outdoor fireplaces and a bar. Inside, three separate dining areas include five communal tables and an open kitchen with a wood-burning oven, natch.
