With so many new restaurants readying for fall debuts, we're here to keep you updated on the latest on each project, and when you should start thinking about that resy.
Initial Projection:Early Fall
Current Projection: Late November/Early December
The Fillmore: Welcome back to the Fillmore location of Dosa. We saw the original empty space, then we took a peek at the renderings, and a few months ago, we checked in with build-out. Much has been written about how much bigger the second Dosa will be than the Mission original—200 seats, a kitchen three times as big, expanded menu, etc.—but now, we hear it will also be very, very green. People, we're talking Mixt Greens-level green, possible LEED-certification and everything. We'll share the fancy green specs in due time, but as you can see, the place is coming together quite nicely, and for such a massive build-out, it's actually relatively close to staying on schedule. If all goes to plan, it should be a few months off, though we'd probably take the over on the current ETA.
