Chef Kenny Hockert of Old World Food Truck will be serving a Hanukkah pop-up dinner at La Victoria Bakery starting at 5:30 and 8:15 p.m. At the  $40 dinner ($20 for kids), expect latkes, sufganiyot, Hanukkah doughnuts, corned beef with rye bread pudding and braised sauerkraut, and matzo ball soup, along with a menorah lighting and music. Also out of La Victoria Bakery, Sour Flour is teaching an $80 workshop on starters, the base for all of their breads and bagels. Learn about bread's fermentation process and how to feed home starters more flour and water to build its activity for flavor development. 2937 24th St.
