Friendlier Yelp Clone Says Hello

San Francisco-based Travel review site goes live

It looks like Yelp, feels like Yelp but it doesn't have the ability to strong arm small business like Yelp. Not yet anyway.

Nextstop operates like San Francisco-based review site Yelp but it is missing one major component: ads.

Yelp has been under fire recently as small business owners allege the Internet site forces them to advertise to avoid negative reviews. Yelp has denied all the charges and has even given into some small business demands.

For now, visitors can find the best place to get coffee in Santa Cruz or little known places to visit, such as the Seward Slides in San Francisco.

The service is available in the Bay Area and 10 other cities and countries across the world.
