    San Francisco's universal health care program is going to the Supreme Court. But some people are making money off surcharges already, according to reports.

    While many question the hypocrisy behind the GGRA's actions of late, at least one local restaurateur/pancake virtuoso is calling bullshit on restaurants that have hefty Healthy SF surcharges: "[Jennifer] Piallat, the owner of Zazie, said her experience of having money left over after charging $1 a customer tells her that restaurants with 4 and 5 percent fees are profiting.

    'I think a lot of people are making money off of this deal,' she said. 'Do the math.'" [Chron]
