Downtown Napa: Following a quick hiatus, La Toque has returned to Wine Country. Ken Frank's high-profile restaurant shuttered its ten-year-old Rutherford location earlier this month to move to the brand-new flashy Westin-Verasa, "Napa’s first four-star hotel." The 130-seat restaurant is tucked away in the corner of the hotel, accessible directly from the street and hotel, open nightly for dinner only and like the restaurant's previous incarnations, it features Ken Frank's tasting menu. 1314 McKinstry Street, Napa, (707) 257-5157; website
