Are you the next Jamie Lauren? Now you have your chance to prove it.
The producers of Bravo's Top Chef will be in San Francisco on Sunday, Oct. 18 at The Parlor from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. looking for the country's up and coming chefs to compete on its show.
But the producers are not only looking for a chef who can cook, they are also searching for people who have a personality and "oodles of charisma." Watching a mute cook doesn't get ratings.
Contestants are asked to fill out an application and put together a video demonstrating some personal flair before coming to the open audition. The producers will tour the country before picking a handful of chefs who will compete on Top Chef 7.
