The Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival kicked off Thursday evening at the Spanish Bay with more than 20 top chefs serving up some of their best dishes.
Dishes included buttermilk poached trout, tequila-infused shrimp and sturge on-flavored egg mousse. There were also tastings of 200 wines that came from around the world.
"The food was fabulous and the wine's amazing," said Cynthia House of Pebble Beach.
