Everyone's been saying that fancy hot dogs are all the rage these days, and so it continues, with puns: "Showdogs is a new fine sausage concept which will be opening this month at Taylor and Market in San Francisco ... This will be a fun, energetic environment with what we hope will be some very busy rush times due to being in the theater district."
"Theater district" is a bit of a stretch for the grimy stretch of mid-Market Street this sassy saucissierie will occupy. Showdogs, which is hiring everything from cleaners to prep chefs, calls it "upa nd coming."
