Only two months after it opened, Urban Tavern gets its review, with Miriam Morgan doling out 2.5 stars to Laurent Manrique's latest project. It's a positive, if standard, take on the Hilton eatery that "buzzes with energy." Menu-wise, starters are "uneven," but the mains have already hit their stride.
