Buy in Los Gatos, Get a Bentley

In what could be a sign that the real estate market is shifting here in the Bay Area, one real estate agent is offering a free Bentley to potential buyers.

It's a BOGO deal, of sorts, for the wealthy. Along with your dream home, comes your dream car.

Developer Sandy Harris has 66 acres of land ready to be sold and he is offering the first four takers a $200,000 Bentley Continental Coupe.

The land is in Los Gatos on Shady Lane between Blossom Hill and Shannon. It has spectacular views of the Valley, to say the least.

The lots sizes vary between one and four-and-a-half acres. The price range is $1.5 million to $2.9 million. That's just for the land. The 'ole homestead will cost you a bit more to get upright.

An open house is being held this weekend from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  and a big crowd is expected. You'll have to imagine the homes, but a trailer will be on hand for shelter in case the weekend forecast of rain proves true.

Lori Preuitt remembers using Shannon Road as a secret back way to Los Gatos.
