Arterra next-door neighbor Mission Walk is well underway; as the first BMR project in the area, 330— 335 Berry Street will house 131 so-called "affordable" housing units on either side of Berry Street. (Unless it receives the same sort of market-induced stop work order neighbor Radiance Mission Bay did, that is.) Architects Leddy Maytum Stacy designed the buildings, each centered around a central courtyard, with the luckiest of buyers scoring private views of exclusive Mission Creek— and the surrounding (stalled) construction projects. Initial estimated sale prices stood between $149,000 to $278,000— back in December 2007.
