According to the Case-Shiller 20 city housing index, July home prices fell over 16% from last year — the largest drop in its 8 year history. The good-ish news? Home prices starting to fall at a slower rate. Lest we get too optimistic though, an S&P chairman tells us that there's still "no evidence of a bottom." [CNN]
