As the Riverfront—aka the $72 million mega-project in downtown Napa—finishes up construction, elusive restaurant tenants are (allegedly) on the way and its developer is talking big, hopefully while knocking on wood: "Three key restaurant deals could be wrapped up, serving as a catalyst for store leases ... 'We are working on two key restaurant deals that are the tipping point' [Craig] Semmelmeyer said. One of the prospective restaurateurs would give the Riverfront 'world-renowned credibility,' he said." Guesses/rumors? [NVR]
