This week, our Pricespotter entry was a 1900 Victorian that, in class Vic style, had only one bathroom for all of its four fine bedrooms. As if that wasn't bad enough, the 1,975 square foot unit at 720 Shrader Street suffered as the whipping boy for all your TIC laments. This week's winner was dparkchillr (nice), who at the last minute bumped their guess up from $825,000 to $875,000. Actual price: $949,000.
