As you may recall: this week's Pricespotter, 2230 Mason Street #401, was a new-construct North Beach condo: 2 bed/2 baths, 1,071 square feet, fountain, fancy, the usual. On the market for $849,000, this one sold for $899,000.Most of you are perchance a bit too cynical about the current state of the North Beach market; guesses were low low low. But early out of the gate and with the closest guesstimate -- hit the list price on the nose! -- was MMarch. Thanks to all for playing.
