Every once in a while, Curbed SF checks in with the San Francisco rental market. And we do it the layman's way: by scouring Craigslist. In today's episode of Rental Watch, we searched high and low for that Holy Green Grail of rentals: the yard.

Where: Cole Valley
How much: $3850
The Hard Sell: At 1600 square feet, you're really paying for the square footage on this Victorian apartment. "Massive amounts of cabinets" plus an old-timey fireplace are nice touches, but the kicker: "beautiful" yard and garden shared with two other units.
