You thought you were saving a wad by taking public transit into the city. You may still, but the Transit Authority is looking to get its grubby paws on some of that cash. BART is considering reinstating daily parking charges at South San Francisco, San Bruno and Millbrae stations -- the fees were nixed back in 2004. Parking at Daly City and Colma will also be increased by $1/day. To be fair, BART was crushed last month when the state cut almost $9 mill from its budget.
