Things were great there for a while, but alas: work on the Radiance development at Mission Bay South has been suspended. Nervous lenders wanted three-quarters of the units at the first phase of the development sold before construction resumes. Earliest hopes to get those units back on track? Spring of 2009. But the area's future now lies in the market's fickle, fidgety hands, and that could mean a much longer wait to finish up all of the units planned for the area.
