* AFFECTED AREAS...Fire weather zones 213, 215, 216, 217, 263,
264, 266, 268, and 279. The northern and western Sacramento
Valley, northeastern Sierra foothills, as well as the Coastal
Range and foothills, all north of I-80.
* WIND...North to northeast wind 15 to 35 mph with gusts 35 to
55 mph, locally higher in canyons and exposed ridges.
* HUMIDITY...Daytime minimum humidities in the teens and 20s
with moderate to poor overnight recoveries in the 30s and 40s.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
