American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Bathroom Pipe Bursts

An American Airlines plane headed to Baltimore from Dallas had to make an emergency landing in Little Rock, Ark. on Tuesday – and an NBC Bay Area executive producer was onboard.

Dan Pyryt sent the above photo from inside the plane.

The airline says a water pipe in the bathroom burst in mid-air. The water sprayed into the cabin and some passengers aboard Flight 1106 got soaked, Pyryt said.
