***THE BOSSCAT COCKTAIL RECIPE***
-INGREDIENTS:
2 OZ OLD GRAND DAD “BOTTLE IN BOND” 100 PROOF BOURBON
1 OZ CITRUS SIMPLE SYRUP
½ OZ LEMON JUICE
4 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
ROSEMARY AND LEMON PEEL GARNISH FOR AROMATICS
-INSTRUCTIONS:
SHAKE THE BOURBON + LEMON JUICE AND SIMPLE SYRUP OVER ICE
STRAIN ONTO ICE IN A GLASS
GARNISH WITH LEMON PEEL + ROSEMARY SPRIG
