Sipping Sustainably at Kivelstadt Cellars

**WATERMELON & TOMATO SALAD RECIPE**
4 oz Watermelon-cubed
3 oz Cherry tomatoes-cut in half
1 tsp Shallot- fine mince
½ tsp Chives- sliced thin
1 Tbs Honey vinegar
3 Tbs Olive oil
Baby basil- to garnish
Salt-to taste
Pepper-to taste
**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Prep watermelon and cherry tomatoes.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Taste.
4. Put in a bowl to serve and garnish with basil.
