PG&E Bill Doesn't Add Up to Usage, Charges

NBC Bay Area Responds to a San Jose woman who was left hot under the collar after she received her recent PG&E bill. It was more than double what she typically pays. She did the math, and when her usage and charges didn’t add up, she contacted us. Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura reports.
