Thieves Use Hacking Techniques to Steal Gift Cards

Some thieves are using hacking techniques to steal value from gift cards, while others are going old school and stealing the numbers before the cards are even purchased. The longer you wait to use your gift card, the longer the hackers have to steal the value on it. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
