Inspectors Cite Millennium Tower in Window Failure

NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit obtained the violation notice on Monday, which requires the “unsafe” window condition be immediately rectified and an engineering report be completed by Tuesday. Jaxon Van Derbeken reports.
