Santa Cruz County added ADUs at a higher rate than others in region

Across the county, ADU construction is on an upward swing. Santa Cruz added ADUs at a faster rate than all nine Bay Area counties. San Mateo and Sonoma had the highest per capita rates among Bay counties. Hilda Gutierrez reports.
