James Durgin of ‘Saving San Francisco' arrested again

James Durgin from “Saving San Francisco” has been arrested again after being on the run from law enforcement for about two weeks. By his own count, he’s been in and out of jail more than 100 times in the city – which is part of the reason NBC Bay Area profiled him in the streaming series which chronicled serious problems in the city and solutions for how to fix them.
