How does a bland all-white room become a Rococo confection? Designer William Diamond of Diamond Baratta Design reveals how he transformed a humdrum Upper East Side townhouse into an opulent dwelling. Known for his deft use of color and pattern, William took his inspiration from 18th-century France and Russia with boiserie paneling, ornate stained-wood floors and grand furnishings.
