The developer of a promising Trader Joe's/condos project at Van Ness and Sutter is throwing in the towel, according to a brief in the SF Business Times.
BayRock Residential, which owns the decrepit Galaxy Theater site, is looking for an economy-proof buyer for the already approved 12-story, 106-unit project with four levels of underground parking.
