Los Altos Hills Homeowner Wants to Build 20-Unit Housing Complex on His Property

A homeowner in Los Altos Hills wants to build 20 new units on his property and he‘s hoping a special provision in the states housing law known as the “builders remedy” will allow him bypass current zoning restrictions. Marianne Favro reports.
